Review Through several updates, tons of frustration, and lots of fun I finally reached level 100. Obviously I enjoy this game but I will tell you this is NOT golf. 500+ yard drives, 90 foot putts, and a bizarre point system that serves to break ties make this something other than a great golf simulation. 9 hole scores of 15 to 18 under are required to just be competitive. You almost have to get eagle or albatross on every hole to have a chance. All that being said I do enjoy this game. Being an avid real golfer the one thing I would get rid of is the point system. Golf is a game of fewest strokes. All square or tied play on or accept the tie. It’s very frustrating to play all square against a higher ranked player only to lose based on a point system. There are no points in golf. So if you’re considering Golfstar I say give it a try just prepare yourself for a lot of beat downs till the time comes when you can score 15 under for 9 holes. Have fun!
